Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn paid ads.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google AdWords and LinkedIn to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance to ensure high ROI.
- Collaborate with the business development team to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine ranking.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, Google AdWords, and LinkedIn paid ads.
- Educational background: MBA, BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or BBA.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms and paid campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make informed marketing decisions.
- Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest in digital marketing.
